Sometimes, it’s just nice to keep things simple, and that’s certainly what this Berry Granola Stack is. Made in a glass with simple layering, enjoy for breakfast, snack or dessert! Keep it interesting by swapping the strawberries for other fruit, such as banana, mango, berries, peaches, grated apple or whatever takes your fancy!

Berry Granola Stack

  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt

  • ¼ cup granola

  • 4 strawberries, diced

  • honey, to drizzle (optional)

Layer a small glass with yoghurt, granola and strawberries. Drizzle with honey, if using. Serve.
