Coconut Mango Pops

My kids love these mango pops on a sunny afternoon! They’re so quick and easy to make and store for months in the freezer.

Prep: 5 min | Makes: 6

Coconut Mango Pops

  • 400ml can coconut milk

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 cup mango chunks

  • 6 popsicle moulds

01 Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

02 Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Store: In moulds in the freezer for up to 3 months.
