Chocolate Mug Cake

Did someone say MUG CAKE!!? Oh yeah baby! We love a quick and simple dessert, especially one you can make in the microwave! We’ve teamed up with the very talented Clarissa from @thenourishedchef to bring you her Chocolate Mug Cake.

Chocolate Mug Cake
1 egg
1½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut butter (your pick)
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
01 Crack egg into a mug and whisk with a fork. Add in all remaining ingredients. Mix the batter very well.
02 Microwave for 30-40 seconds on high. Serve.
