Greek Salad Recipe
Salad:
1 small cos lettuce heart, roughly chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small Lebanese cucumber, quartered lengthways, sliced
¼ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
100g feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to season
01 Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
02 Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
03 Toss to combine. Serve.
