Chocolate Mousse
300g silken tofu
2 tbsp maple syrup
150g dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp Mayver's Smooth Chocolate Protein Peanut Spread (optional)
01 Place tofu into a Nutribullet or blender. Blend until smooth.
02 Add all remaining ingredients. Blend again until smooth and combined.
03 Scoop mousse into a container and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until set.
