Prep: 10 min | Fridge: 30+ mins | Serves: 4

Chocolate Mousse

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 150g dark chocolate, melted

  • 1 tbsp cacao

  • 2 tbsp Mayver's Smooth Chocolate Protein Peanut Spread (optional)

01 Place tofu into a Nutribullet or blender. Blend until smooth.

02 Add all remaining ingredients. Blend again until smooth and combined.

03 Scoop mousse into a container and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until set.
