Asian Chicken Meatballs

This one-bowl recipe is cheap, simple and delicious! Serve these meatballs with coconut rice, toss through pasta sauce or use to top your nourish bowls. ⁠They're also soft and small, making them perfect for little ones to hold and smush into their faces!⁠!

Asian Chicken Meatballs

  • 500g chicken mince

  • 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tsp minced ginger

  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped

  • 1 small carrot, finely grated

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, finely chopped

01 Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Season and mix well until combined.

02 Form tbsp sized portions of mixture into 20 small balls (the mixture will be sticky).

03 Drizzle sesame oil in a large frypan and bring to a medium high heat. Place balls into frypan. Cook, turning often, for roughly 8 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
