This is such a EASY MEAL that’s prepped in 5 and cooked in 40, with really only 3 main ingredients! Simply season the chicken and throw it in the oven. Serve with a pre made salad kit (plus some corn kernels from the freezer) and you’re done!

Moroccan Marylands

Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp Moroccan seasoning

  • ½ tsp ground onion powder

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Other:

  • 6 chicken marylands

  • 400g Woolworths Tangy + Crunchy Coleslaw Kit

  • ½ cup frozen corn kernels

01 Preheat oven to 200°C.

02 Whisk marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Use a brush to coat chicken with marinade. Lay chicken on a lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through.

03 Prepare coleslaw as directed on packet and stir in corn. Serve with chicken.
