Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl

Made in just 10 minutes with only 4 ingredients, it’s the perfect option for a quick lunch or dinner.

Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl

  • 120g thin egg noodles

  • 2 raw chicken thigh fillets

  • 350g Woolworth's Asian Style Salad Kit

  • ½ ripe avocado, diced

01 Open salad kit and remove fried noodle and dressing sachets.

02 Place chicken in a bowl. Pour half the dressing over the chicken and toss to coat.

03 Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Add egg noodles and cook following packet directions.

04 Meanwhile, heat a sandwich press and lay chicken fillets inside. Cook for 2 minutes on high, or until chicken is cooked through. Dice chicken and set aside.

05 Drain noodles and divide across 2 bowls. Top with salad, diced chicken and avocado. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
