Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

This is the quickest dinner you’ll ever make. Simply cook the pasta, add it to a bowl with all the other ingredients, then toss and serve!

Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

  • 500g packet spaghetti

  • 200g smoked salmon, sliced into thin strips

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 100g baby rocket leaves

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp capers (optional)

  • salt and pepper, to season

01 Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions.

02 Once cooked, drain and place into a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
