Hoisin Beef Noodles
We teamed up with @goodlittleeaters to bring you their super easy noodle dish, which is sure to please the whole family!

Hoisin Beef Noodles
400g Chinese egg noodles
1 tbsp sesame oil
500g lean beef mince
1 brown onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 inch ginger, grated
1 red capsicum. sliced
1 large carrot, grated
½ wombok, thinly sliced
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
2 tsp white vinegar
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
01 Prepare noodles as per packet instructions.
02 Heat oil in a large fry pan. Add mince and spread out evenly. Cook for 5 minutes without stirring until mince begins to brown and caramelise on the bottom.
03 Add onion, garlic and ginger to pan and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes then stir in capsicum, carrot and wombok, cooking until just wilted.
04 Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and vinegar and toss through the mince mixture. Serve topped with spring onions and sesames seeds.
