Berry Bliss Balls

Bliss balls are always such a handy snack to have in the fridge, and these Berry Bliss Balls created by the incredible team at @naturalsuperkids are no exception!⁠

Prep: 10 min | Makes: 16

Berry Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1½ cups oats

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds or sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • extra coconut, for rolling

01 Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a thick dough.

02 Roll out 16 balls, rolling in extra coconut as you go.

03 Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set, before eating.

Store: Best stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
