Meatosaurus Rex Pasta
Is that a TRex in my dinner!? YES!!! Kids will love finding their favourite dinosaur pasta shapes amongst this saucy pasta sauce (filled with vegetables!).

Meatosaurus Rex Pasta
1 brown onion, diced
1 large carrot, grated
250g shredded ham
500g pork and veal mince
700g jar passata
120g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
300g pkt Vetta Smart Fibre Dinosaurs Pasta
01 Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large deep frypan over medium high heat. Cook onion and carrot for 10 minutes, until soft.
02 Add mince and ham, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes.
03 Stir in passata and baby spinach. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and add to sauce. Toss and serve.
