Bountiful Bliss Balls

These balls are soft, dense and sweet and are a wonderful snack to keep in the fridge to curb those hanger pangs!

Bountiful Bliss Balls

Stage 1:

  • ¾ cup almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Stage 2:

  • 120g (¾ cup) whole pitted dates, softened

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup water

Mix Ins:

  • 40g dark chocolate chips

01 Place oats and almonds in a large food processor and process until crumbled.

02 Add remaining stage 1 ingredients to the food processor. Process until combined, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

03 Stir in chocolate chips.

04 With slightly wet hands, roll out 12 balls. Refrigerate until firm.

Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months
