Coconut Rough Balls
An easy and scrumptious snack ball to have stored in your fridge, for those afternoon sweet treat carvings.

Coconut Rough Balls
1 cup almonds
1 cup soft dates
3 tbsp cacao powder
½ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp water
01 Add almonds to a large food processor and process until finely crumbled.
02 Add remaining ingredients and process again until crumbled and sticky.
03 Using damp hands, roll spoonfuls of mixture out 15 balls. Refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate until firm.
Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months
