Chocolate Chunk Balls

These balls are quick and easy, made in 1 bowl and rolled by hand.

Chocolate Chunk Balls

  • 1½ cup quick oats

  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • ¼ cup tahini or peanut butter

  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

01 Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a spoon until well combined.

02 Using damp hands, roll into 15 balls. Refrigerate until firm.

Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Dietaries:

For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free chocolate. For nut free use tahini instead of peanut butter.
