Chocolate Jaffa Balls
I’ve never been much of a jaffa fan, but my kids love oranges and chocolate, so I thought, why not give jaffa balls a go! And you know what….I loved them and so did the kids! #converted

Chocolate Jaffa Balls
1 cup almonds
½ cup walnuts
¾ cup dates
¼ cup juiced orange
zest of 2 oranges
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
01 Process almonds and walnuts in a large food processor until finely crumbled.
02 Add remaining ingredients and process until thick and sticky. Pause when needed, to scrap down sides.
03 Using damp hands, roll spoonfuls of mixture into 15 balls. Refrigerate until firm.
Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months
