Chocolate Bliss Balls

Anything coated in thick dark chocolate has got to taste amazing right!? These decadent bliss balls are certainly no exception.

Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ball Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup soft whole dates, pitted

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Coating Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp quality peanut butter

  • 60g quality dark chocolate

01 Place almonds in food processor and process until crumbled. Add remaining ball ingredients and process until combined.

02 Using damp hands, roll out 12 balls. Place in fridge to firm up.

03 Combine coating ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on low in 30 second bursts for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Mix with a spoon.

04 Roll balls in chocolate mixture to coat and place on a plate lined with baking paper. Refrigerate until firm.

Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
