Hulk Pancakes

Kick start you day with these delicious Hulk Pancakes, loaded with nourishing ingredients and topped with your favourite ingredients. They are a fun, nutrient dense breakfast, that’ll satisfy those fussy little eaters!

Hulk Pancakes

  • 2 cups packed baby spinach leaves

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 2 small bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup buckwheat flour or plain wholemeal flour

  • 1 cup LSA

  • ⅓ cup date syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

01 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and smooth.

02 Meanwhile, bring a large frypan to medium heat. Lightly coat the pan with butter or coconut oil.

03 Cook ¼ cup spoonfuls of batter for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for a further minute. Serve.
