Banana Oat Balls

Such and easy 1 bowl recipe to make and certainly perfect to get the kids involved in.

Banana Oat Balls

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 2 cups quick oats

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

01 Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a spoon until combined. Using damp hands, roll into 18 balls. Refrigerate until firm.

Store: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months
