Slow Cooked Pulled Beef
When it comes to easy mid week dinners, you can't go past this one! Serve with your favourite sides, such as mash, rice, steamed greens, or serve it up in a burger with some packet slaw - for the ultimate quick dinner!

Slow Cooked Pulled Beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1kg flat piece beef brisket, rump or chuck steak, fat trimmed
1 tbsp dried rosemary
¼ cup dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef or chicken stock
01 Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Rub beef with oil. Add to frypan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until well browned.
02 Transfer beef and pan juices to a slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients together in a jug. Pour over beef.
03 Cover with a lid and cook for 5 hours on high, or 8 hours on low, until tender. Shred beef with forks and serve with your favourite side.
