Ploughman's Platters are one of my FAVOURITE lunches for entertaining, because [apart from being so fresh and delicious] you don't have to cook anything and everyone can make what they want! It’s a win win!!

Ploughman’s Platter

Choose quantities of the following ingredients to suit your crowd numbers:

  • baby spinach leaves

  • tasty cheese, sliced (optional)

  • dip of choice

  • boneless leg ham, sliced

  • mild salami, sliced

  • fresh sourdough, sliced

  • tomatoes, halved and sliced

  • pitted or stuffed olives

  • hardboiled eggs, peeled (optional)

  • avocado, mashed

01 Arrange small bowls and ramekins on board. Fill with avocado, olives and dip.

02 Place remaining ingredients around the bowl. Use the baby spinach to fill any gaps left on the board.

Dietaries:

For a gluten free option, opt for gluten free bread. For a nut free option, opt for nut free dips.
