Grazing Platter
I love a good grazing platter. They make for the perfect entertaining food - with minimal cooking required! Make it your own, with whatever is in your fridge and seasonal produce.
Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min | Serves: 8
Grazing Platter
baby spinach leaves, to decorate
2 cheeses, of choice
2 dips, of choice
2 chorizos, sliced + pan fried
2 packets of crackers
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 carrot, peeled, cut into sticks
watermelon, sliced into wedges
1 punnet blueberries
handful cherries
grapes, cut into small bunches
grazing board
01 Cover board with spinach leaves (this will hide holes that may be created when plating).
02 Arrange small bowls and ramekins on board. Layer crackers, cheeses, dips and chorizo in random clumped locations on the board.
03 Fill gaps with berries, grapes and fruit. Serve.
Dietaries:
For a dairy free option omit the cheeses and choose dips accordingly. For a nut free option select nut free dips. For a gluten free option select gluten free crackers. For a vegetarian option omit the chorizo.
