Smushed Green Eggs Spread

This avocado and feta egg spread is such a wholesome substitute for your basic spreads and is so quick and simple to make. Mush it in a bowl then spread it on your wraps, rolls, sandwiches or use it as a dip!

Smushed Green Eggs

  • 1 hardboiled egg, peeled

  • ½ avocado, de-skinned

  • 1-2 tbsp feta, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp pepitas (optional)

01 Place egg and avocado in a bowl and mash together with a fork. Mix in feta and season to taste.

02 Spread on toast or wholegrain crackers and sprinkle with pepitas.
