Dunk Me Wedges
A great way to get vegetables into the kids, by dunking them into a creamy dipping sauce.

Dunk Me Wedges
Wedges:
1 large sweet potato, peeled and sliced into thick wedges
1 large zucchini, peeled and sliced into thick wedges
3 large carrots, peeled and sliced into thick sticks
Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Sriracha Dijonnaise:
½ cup whole egg mayonnaise
½ tsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp minced garlic
01 Preheat oven to 200°C.
02 Combine all vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, to liking. Toss to coat.
03 Place vegetables on a lined tray and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
04 Add all dijonnaise ingredients to a small bowl and stir until combined. Serve with wedges alongside your favourite meal.
