Call Me Craisin Cookies

These cookies have it all - seeds, chocolate, fruit, yoghurt and natural sweetness. They’re soft, nut free and freeze beautifully.

Call Me Craisin Cookies

Dry:

  • 1 cup quinoa flakes or quick oats

  • ¼ cup craisins

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour

Wet:

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt

01 Preheat oven to 170°C.

02 Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

03 Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

04 Pour wet mixture into dry and stir until combined.

05 Using damp hands, roll out 16 balls. Place on a lined baking tray and squash slightly with fingers, to flatten. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
