Speedy Seeded Oats

Made in one pot in just 10 minutes, this is a perfect breakfast option when you want something delicious on the table..…fast!

Speedy Seeded Oats

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 small ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp pepitas

  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds

01 Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce to low.

02 Simmer for 5 minutes, or until porridge is thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and spoon into bowls.

03 Top with Greek yoghurt and peanut butter, or topping of choice (optional).

Store: Leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Dietaries:

For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free milk such as soy, oat or almond.
