Chocolate Raspberry Porridge

Who doesn’t love a bit of chocolate for breakfast (especially when it’s good for you!).

Prep: 2 min | Cook: 10 min | Serves: 2

Chocolate Raspberry Porridge

Porridge Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • ½ cup mashed banana

  • 1 tbsp chocolate nut butter

Topping Suggestions:

  • Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, drizzle of chocolate nut butter

01 Add all porridge ingredients to a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until thick, stirring often.

02 Remove from heat and spoon into bowls. Top with your favourite toppings.

Store: Leftovers in an air tight container for up to 3 days.

Dietaries:

To make this recipe dairy free, opt for dairy free milk such as oat, almond or soy.
