Bircher Muesli
Simply soak your oats overnight, then add your mix-ins in the morning. It’s that simple!

Bircher Museli
Soak:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Mix ins (all optional):
1 small apple, grated
½ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp currants
½ tsp ground cinnamon
handful mixed berries
¼ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 tsp honey or date syrup
01 Combine soak ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
02 Mix the soaked oats with all remaining ingredients, to create a thick mixture. Serve.
Store: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Dietaries:
To make this recipe dairy free, opt for dairy free milk such as oat, almond or soy. To make this recipe nut free, omit the nuts.
