Starter Smoothie
With the texture of nice cream, this is my #1 go-to for breakfast most mornings.

Starter Smoothie
1 cup ice
1 cup very ripe frozen banana, sliced
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup firmly packed baby spinach leaves
⅓ large ripe avocado
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup milk of choice
Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, don't over blend.
Dietaries:
For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free milk such as soy, oat or almond.
