Bircher Muesli Smoothie

It’s all the goodness of a homemade muesli porridge, just in the convenience of a portable smoothie.

Bircher Muesli Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1 small apple, cored + chopped

  • ¼ cup oats or muesli

  • ¼ cup Greek or coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup mixed berries

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Dietaries:

For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free milk such as soy, oat or almond.
