Banana Smoothie
Use up those ripe bananas to make this thick smoothie, that will satisfy kids and adults alike.

Banana Smoothie
2 small ripe bananas
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
Dietaries:
For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free milk such as soy, oat or almond.
