Banana Smoothie

  • 2 small ripe bananas

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
