Green Banana Smoothie

This is my #1 go-to breakfast smoothie! It’s sweet, thick and loaded with hidden nutrition from avocado and baby spinach leaves (which you can’t even taste. Promise!).

Green Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup ice

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ½ large ripe avocado

  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced

  • 1 tbsp chocolate nut butter

  • 2 soft medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves

Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, don't over blend.

Dietaries:

For a dairy free and vegan option, use a dairy free milk such as soy, oat or almond.
