Peanut Butter Ganache

A smooth and sweet feel-good icing you can spread on your favourite cakes, muffins and cupcakes.

Prep: 5 min | Makes: 2 cups

Peanut Butter Ganache

  • 250g cream cheese

  • ¼ cup good quality smooth peanut butter

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

01 Add cream cheese to a large deep bowl. Beat with electric beaters, until smooth.

02 Add remaining ingredients and beat until combined.

03 Spread on cooled baked goods immediately or store in the fridge in a container.
