Dark Chocolate Ganache

  • 250g cream cheese

  • 100g good quality dark chocolate

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

01 Add cream cheese to a large deep bowl. Beat with electric beaters, until smooth.

02 Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on low in 30 second bursts for 1-2 minutes.

03 Add chocolate and maple syrup to cream cheese and beat until combined.

04 Spread on cooled baked goods immediately or store in the fridge in a container.
