Giggle and Go Bars
These are so simple to make and fun to decorate (made in 2 bowls in just 15 minutes), making them perfect for kids parties or entertaining.

Giggle and Go Bars
Wet:
1 cup ripe mashed bananas
½ cup peanut or almond butter
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Dry:
4 cups quick oats
1 tbsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Icing:
250g cream cheese, room temp
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
sprinkles, to decorate
01 Add wet ingredients to a large bowl and stir. Add dry ingredients and mash with a fork until mixture is fully combined.
02 Press mixture into a lined 20cm x 20cm baking dish and smooth surface. Place tray in the freezer.
03 In a separate bowl, mash cream cheese with a fork until texture is soft and smooth. Add honey and stir until combined.
04 Remove tray from freezer and spread mixture onto base. Top with sprinkles. Refrigerate until firm, then slice into 16 squares.
