Avocado Smash

Such a simple and delicious breakfast or lunch option when you’ve got some nice crusty bread around!

Prep: 5 min | Cook: 1 min | Serves: 2

Avocado Smash

  • 2 thick slices sourdough

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp Vegemite

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 40g feta, crumbled

01 Toast sourdough slices in a toaster. Spread with butter and Vegemite.

02 Press mashed avocado onto toast and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Serve.
