Peanut Butter and Banana Bread

I just love this recipe because it's so quick, simple and only uses 3 ingredients. Whether enjoyed as a quick breakfast, a satisfying snack, or even a late-night indulgence, peanut butter and banana sliced on toast is a classic combination that never fails to satisfy. Add an extra crunch with a sprinkle of your favourite toppings - think chia seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, cinnamon or desiccated coconut!

Peanut Butter and Banana Bread

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced

01 Place bread in toaster and toast to liking.

02 Divide peanut butter between toast. Spread thickly and top with banana slices.
